Boros Signet - M:TG Alter

To compensate for the crappy last entry in the Vector-Art basic land cycle, have the sixth entry into the Signet-Extension cycle!

I was a bit worried this one would look too similar to the Rakdos entry, but fortunately the background fades much more in this one than the Rakdos, so the ambient tone is pretty distinct in the end (at least I think so). Overall, pretty satisfying.
